What will you do?

As a Sealed Sales Support Specialist you will work closely with the Sales and Revenue Operations teams to analyze energy usage, support the sales staff, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing applications to our program submitted by interested homeowners
• Communicating with energy utility companies by phone, email and on their websites
• Researching, collecting, sorting, and entering home energy data
• Analyzing home energy data to understand if it passes our approval requirements
• Other projects to support the sales team including Salesforce support, processing credit applications and more

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Prior experience using Salesforce a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Strong sense of urgency, personal commitment and ownership for work
• Flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and multitask
