Weekend - Crop Care Specialist

About the Role:

As a Weekend Crop Care Specialist, you will be joining a team at the forefront of reinventing sustainable agriculture by ensuring the successful growth of produce within the greenhouse.

Schedule: Saturdays (4 or 8-hour shifts)

Hourly Rate: $13.00

What You’ll Do:

• De-leaf plants and remove tomatoes that are laying on the ground below the plants and place them in crates
• Assist with greenhouse preparation and clean-up while adhering to strict industry standards
• Adhere to the Greenhouse dress code and FDA regulations
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, sit, and/or frequently lift objects up to 50 pounds (may require sustained repetitive motion)
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with changing humidity and temperature
• Ability to work Saturdays
• A motivated team-player with strong communication skills, attention to details and quality-focused

Working conditions / Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working in temperatures ranging between 85 -110 degrees
• Ability to stand for long periods of time on concrete floors
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the US
