Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination.</p><p><strong>Role:</strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Design Ownership:</strong> Lead the design optimization of existing core HV Battery components, such as the Battery Module, from initial concept through production.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with cell &amp; modeling engineers, battery systems, power electronics engineers, manufacturing, quality and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, thermal and electrical systems.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Prototyping &amp; Testing</strong>: Design prototypes, create 3D CAD models, and develop test plans to validate designs.
