<h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 20, 60);">What The Role Is</span></h2><p>Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and staff of Buckthorn Solar. The primary objective is accountability for the safe and compliant operations of the utility-scale solar farm.   </p><p>This position will be based at Buckthorn Solar in Fort Stockton, TX.</p><h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 20, 60);">What You'll Be Doing</span></h2><ul><li>Manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the PV industry, with an emphasis on safety, planning/scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance</li><li>Primary responsibility for availability, meeting contractual obligations, and budget</li><li>Monitor and enforce safe work practices as they relate to PV Solar plants and PV Solar BOP repairs and maintenance</li><li>First line supervisor responsible for technicians.
