As a Test Engineering Technician at Whisper Aero, you will help bring innovative air management products to the market by supporting our test lab and test execution.  This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with a passion for data collection, conducting tests, and supporting new product development. You will ensure the test area runs smoothly, execute existing test procedures, set up test fixtures, run instrumentation, and keep data organized and accessible in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. What You’ll Do <ul><li>Keep benches, equipment, and supplies organized and clean.  Track inventory of consumables (e.g., sensors, cables, fasteners) and reorder as needed. </li><li>Assemble and position test fixtures per documented instructions, ensuring all sensors, power supplies, and data acquisition hardware are properly connected. </li><li>Follow step-by-step procedures for performance, environmental, safety, and reliability tests.  Monitor runs, note any anomalies, and alert engineers to unexpected behaviors. </li><li>Log each test execution as a JIRA ticket: record status, attach data exports, and flag blockers.  Maintain Confluence pages with up-to-date test schedules, protocol versions, and result summaries </li><li>Capture raw measurements in Excel or specified Office templates, while clearly labelling files and folders. </li><li>Perform routine checks on sensors, meters, and fixtures.  Schedule and log calibration events for equipment. </li><li>Suggest small lab workflow enhancements (e.g., labeling systems, fixture tweaks).
