Responsibilities will include management of LRE’s QEW (Qualified Electrical Worker) program, tracking and maintaining training programs and records, developing and leading classroom training, overseeing training initiatives and other tasks as required. As a leader, the Electrical Training Specialist will be responsible for ensuring LRE’s highest standards for electrical training, culture and policies are met and adhered to.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop new electrical training presentations as needed for all O&amp;M employees and leadership.</li><li>Facilitates training initiatives and ensure quality training is conducted.</li><li>Develops and trains employees in operations, safety, and company policies and practices following manuals, specifications, prints, and LRE standards.</li><li>Writes training products, including outline, text, handouts, and examinations as needed.</li><li>Designs exercises and training practicums, applying knowledge of electronics and mechanics, following machine,
