Our goal is to enable a sustainable battery supply chain for Europe by combining deep geothermal energy with lithium extraction – all with a net zero carbon footprint.</div> <div style="text-align:justify;">As part of our dynamic growth across Europe, we’re looking for you to join us as Head of Communications Europe(m/f/d) in a full-time position (40 hours per week) at our Karlsruhe office. In this role, you will strategically shape our public communications, lead a team, and develop our communications strategy. You will play a key part in sharing our vision of a climate-neutral energy future with the world.</div> Your mission <ul><li>You develop strong media relationships in Germany and Europe and secure positive, high-impact coverage.</li><li>You are the go-to person for media inquiries, coordinating interviews and preparing talking points.</li><li>You spot opportunities in the news cycle and help shape how Vulcan is seen and understood.</li><li>You lead communication support for regulatory reporting (FSE) and assist with ASX announcements and reports.</li><li>You drive communications across digital channels, including social media and web content for the German market.</li><li>You support our presence at events and build our voice through consistent, strategic messaging.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>You have more than 10 years of experience in media relations, corporate communications, or public affairs.</li><li>You hold a degree in communications, marketing, or media.</li><li>You have experience in leading teams and managing communication projects.</li><li>You are fluent in German and have a very good command of English; additional languages are welcome.</li><li>You can communicate complex content clearly, precisely, and appropriately for the target audience.</li><li>You have experience in media relations as well as in regulatory communication.</li><li>You work in a structured manner, remain confident under pressure, and communicate effectively with senior management.</li></ul> We offer <ul><li>Flexible working hours and possibility for mobile working by arrangement.</li><li>30 days vacation (based on a 5-day week).</li><li>Onboarding program “Vulcan Starter Days”.</li><li>Sports and leisure activities - EGYM Wellpass with €15.00 incl.
