<div><span style="font-size:16px;">The Sourcing &amp; Procurement Operations Manager is a critical, operations-focused role at the intersection of procurement and supply chain management. This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of procurement systems, processes, and tools to support strategic sourcing and operational efficiency. You will manage the company’s procurement platforms and tools, champion sourcing and procurement best practices, enhance supplier collaboration, and oversee an offshore sourcing support function (Deal Desk).</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Applications, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure procurement systems and operations are effectively aligned with enterprise goals. As a strategic leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a scalable, future-ready procurement systems strategy, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless integration of procurement activities with broader business processes.</span></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><li>Lead procurement operations team and oversee procurement policies, processes and tools.</li><li>Drive process standardization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Define and implement system strategy and roadmap for procurement platforms (ERP, eProcurement, etc.).</li><li>Lead reporting, analytics, and dashboards to inform procurement strategic decisions.</li><li>Coach and mentor team members; contribute to talent development and succession planning.</li><li>Establish a vendor solution for transactional and tactical sourcing and procurement activities.</li><li>Develop and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics across procurement activities.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships related to procurement systems and tools.</li><li>Serve as key business partner to cross functional partners including  IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>10+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a high-growth or complex environment.</li><li>5+ years of experience developing and deploying procurement processes and tools.</li><li>3+ years of experience leading teams, with a strong ability to develop and mentor direct reports.</li><li>Expertise in procurement process &amp; systems strategy, operations, and compliance, including industry best practices.</li><li>Proven experience in business partnerships, vendor management, supplier negotiations, and optimizing external partnerships.</li><li>Extensive experience with procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, ERP, eProcurement) and an understanding of system configurations and reporting/analytics.</li><li>Strong operational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience with financial tools and budget management.</li></ul><br><div><b>About Zoox</b></div><div>Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
