You’ll collaborate with electrical, manufacturing, and process engineers to ensure every design meets CelLink’s performance and quality standards.</div></div></div></div></div></div>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Design and update 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings of flexible printed circuits (FPCs), interconnects, and harness components.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Support electrical layout and ECAD documentation using tools such as Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, or similar ECAD software, ensuring consistency between electrical schematics and mechanical layouts.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Translate electrical design intent into accurate mechanical representations for manufacturing.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Incorporate DFM feedback and design guidelines to ensure manufacturability and reliability.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Create and maintain engineering documentation, including BOMs, fabrication drawings, and revision-controlled data packages.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Manufacturing, and Quality) to resolve design and build issues.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Perform CAD data transfer and integration between ECAD and MCAD systems.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Support prototype builds, design reviews, and release processes.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Work effectively with teams across multiple time zones.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>Educational Requirements<ul><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">3+ years of CAD design experience, ideally in electrical, automotive, or electronics manufacturing environments.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks or NX preferred) and strong working knowledge of ECAD tools (Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, or equivalent).</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Experience working with flex circuits, wire harnesses, or PCB assemblies.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Understanding of electrical schematics, component placement, and circuit routing constraints.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Familiarity with GD&amp;T, stack-up analysis, and mechanical drafting standards.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Experience managing large assembly files and integrating ECAD/MCAD data.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to documentation accuracy.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>CompensationSalaried Exempt$90,000–$100,000 + Stock Option, with the final salary determined by experience and level.
