About The RoleAs an Executive Assistant, you will manage mostly business related tasks for the Senior Management Team (SMT), such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administrative assistant in the past.As a receptionist, you will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. General Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Proactively manages CEO’s daily schedule, calendar, contacts, meetings (internal and external), conferences, and professional engagements.</li><li>Responsible for excellence in meeting and event preparation, set-up, and follow-up including preparing presentations, agendas, materials, documenting notes, and coordinating follow-up items to completion.</li><li>Participate in corporate initiatives, operations, and new business development efforts.</li><li>Play a key role in designing and implementing internal and external communications efforts for the office.</li><li>Flawlessly manages and coordinates various domestic and international travel arrangements and meetings for the CEO, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and impeccable attention to detail.
