Watch “<a href="https://youtu.be/BtjIN9oHRMY?si=ONfWJ-vFlLZckjrE">Culture is our Passion</a>” to learn more about us.We are looking for someone who demonstrates:<ul><li>Passionate drive to innovate and create </li><li>Integrity to the core</li><li>Enthusiastic customer focus</li><li>Consistent interactive teamwork </li><li>Desire for continuous improvement and top performance </li></ul>Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:<ul><li>Write and maintain clear, concise Standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams, user stories and business requirements documents (BRDs).</li><li>Communicate changes and enhancements in business requirements to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.</li><li>Review and validate test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business needs.</li><li>Research and analyze existing business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, digitalization, and automation (including RPA).</li><li>Actively engage with stakeholders across the business, providing insights and facilitating change management activities.</li><li>Utilize Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement techniques to reduce cycle times, cut costs, and eliminate non-value-added activities.</li><li>Lead by example with high integrity, creating a culture of high performance and accountability.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership, clearly articulating business cases and change roadmaps.</li><li>Maintain and update process documentation to reflect current practices and changes.</li></ul>Here is some of what you’ll need (required)<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered. Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) – preferred.             </li><li>Min 8 years of relevant experience in planning/designing process improvements and automation, including quantitative description of benefits/KPIs.</li><li>Experience of working in Business Process Analysis/ Business Process Management projects in Supply chain Sourcing domain with strong in concepts such as process waste, lean background, general processes</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. </li><li>Proven track record of capturing and analyzing large amounts of data at a macro and micro level.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with success in working in a fast-paced environment with data ambiguity.</li><li>High degree of autonomy and accountability for results.</li><li>Experience with ERP Systems (preferably NetSuite), Data visualizing tools (i.e., PowerBI and/or other data visualization tools</li><li>Experience in process improvements tools (lean, Six Sigma, BPM.Etc..).</li></ul>Here are a few of our preferred experiences:<ul><li>Knowing how to use formulas in Excel is required.
