Role Summary: The Assistant Manager - HR Generalist will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive and compliant work environment, supporting both employees and management with HR matters.Roles and Responsibility:<ul><li>Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR standards</li><li>Assist in payroll administration and benefits management.</li><li>Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review</li><li>Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.</li><li>Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.</li><li>Support career development initiatives and succession planning.</li><li>Maintain training records and track employee progress</li><li>Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Spok for Women employees- POSH </li><li>Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Organize team-building activities and recognition programs</li><li>Support HR initiatives and projects.</li><li>Ensure all welfare benefits at the plant as welfare officer in line with compliance.</li><li>Prepare and maintain employee records.</li><li>Rewards and Recognition.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>8 to 11 years of experience in HR or a related role and preferably manufacturing plant experience.</li><li>Proficiency/work experience in HR Tool/software (e.g., Workday, HRIS, ADP, Savior etc.)</li><li>Proficient in MS office, power point, excel and word</li><li>Knowledge in Talent Acquisition, MIS and data analysis, Payroll administration and Employee engagement.</li><li>Should be able to read, write and speak in Kannada language which is mandatory.</li></ul>
