This position acts as the first point of contact for clients &amp; visitors and facilitating a professional office environment. You will report to the General Manager of Saudi Arabia.             Why Aggreko?<ul><li>Position will be based in Jeddah</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Industry-leading benefit plans including medical insurance</li><li>Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>In charge of the day-to-day general administration and office support duties such as office supplies inventory, pantry supplies, printer maintenance, vendor management etc.</li><li>Responsible in company properties management for new joiners and leavers e.g. laptop, mobile phone, SIM card, business cards, door card access system, business cards.</li><li>Processing/maintaining &amp; updating monthly mobile communications &amp; company medical insurance for the company.</li><li>Perform reception duties such as handling of phone calls, greeting visitors/guests/members professionally etc. </li><li>Admin support in facilities maintenance matters e.g. coordination with building maintenance/vendors/contractors for furniture and fittings.</li><li>Maintain company documents and filing systems as per Aggreko standards</li><li>Ensure excellent maintenance of the office area</li><li>Coordinate all transportation matters for internal guests and external customers if required</li><li>Update of company directory as well as support in event, training logistics matters.</li><li>To liaise with building maintenance / contractor in regard to any issues on the Jeddah office.</li><li>Assist conferences/workshops and team meetings both internally and externally sourcing meeting rooms, organising relevant travel and visa requirements and monitoring attendees whilst budgeting costs in line with company procedures.</li><li>To welcome visitors and manage visits to the Jeddah office.</li><li>To monitor and negotiate site facilitation contracts such as stationary, site cleaners, shredding machines, onsite plants etc, whilst trying to effectively manage cost.</li><li>To set up desk and arrange stationery and office required equipment’s to assist all new starters in Saudi Arabia business for smooth transition.</li><li>To book/manage all internal meeting rooms in the Jeddah office, including monitoring meeting zone accounts/IT equipment including VC facilities/stationary requirements and lunch orders.</li><li>To prepare all necessary documents/presentations for internal/external meetings.</li><li>General admin/ad hoc support to office staff – printing/scanning/document typing etc.</li><li>General facilitation and coordination of the office team including external visitors.</li><li>Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Excellent keyboard skills, computer literate and experienced in word-processing</li><li>Can work independently and manage workload under own motivation</li><li>Native Arabic speaker with excellent skills in speaking and writing in English</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
