Job Description
Here at Modern Meadow we are harnessing the power of design, biology, and engineering to produce biofabricated materials and bioproducts.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and install computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person, on intra-company communication i.e.; Teams or Slack, via Video or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users and supporting the HR Onboarding process from an IT perspective
- Troubleshooting, repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology or processes in partnership with Sr. IT Manager
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience working within IT industry in a help desk support environment
- Expert proficiency within Microsoft Office
- High degree of personal accountability, with the ability to work independently and deliver results within project specific timelines.
- Self-motivated, passionate about your work, and enthusiastic about contributing to building a positive team spirit.
- Ability to work on-site, M- F from 8:30am - 5:30pm at our Nutley office
