This role requires a deep understanding of SCADA systems, renewable energy technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of our energy assets.</h3><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities: </span></b></p><ul><li><h3>Design, develop, and maintain SCADA systems for renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and battery storage.</h3></li><li><h3>Provide SCADA support during construction, and commissioning of renewable plants.</h3></li><li><h3><span>Define the design criteria including Scopes of Work and ensure Contractor/Engineering compliance, both for the Company and third-party requirements (Investors, Owner’s Engineer’s, Off-Taker, Utility) for the overall control system, SCADA and communications scheme for the projects being designed and built by an EPC Contractor.</span></h3></li><li><h3>Support and validate the development of engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, evaluations, design documents, and performance assessments for the overall SCADA system of renewable plants and remote monitoring.</h3></li><li><h3>Ensure that the SCADA design including modifications to RTU configurations and point list implementation in the EMS/SCADA system meet <span>the Company’s requirements and third-party companies (Investors, Owner’s Engineer’s, Off-Taker, Utility)</span>.</h3></li><li><h3>Provide SCADA technical support and assistance to Repsol’s Asset Management team, Operational Technology team, Remote Operations Control Center team, Construction site team, Interconnections team and other teams as required.</h3></li><li><h3>Assist in power plant performance analysis and root cause analysis for assets within Repsol Renewables.</h3></li><li><h3>Work with the Company’s Operations team to ensure the remote data requirements are incorporated into the company EMS/SCADA system as required.</h3></li><li><h3>Ensure SCADA Engineer, OT Engineer, or Control Systems Engineer focused on renewable energy projects.</h3></li><li><h3>2+ years of experience with electric grid energy management systems or similar for the purpose of configuring and engineering SCADA systems used for electric grid monitoring, protection, and control preferred.</h3></li><li><h3>Proficiency in SCADA software and hardware, such as Wonderware, Ignition, SEL or similar platforms</h3></li><li><h3>Experience in multiple renewable energy generation technologies: Solar, Wind and battery storage systems preferred.</h3></li><li><h3>Knowledge of cybersecurity practices required by industrial control systems of renewables generation plants</h3></li><li><h3><span>Extensive </span><span>knowledge of SCADA systems for renewable projects, with the ability to supervise the engineering design and support the commissioning of the facilities.</span></h3></li><li><h3><span>Knowledge of the protective system
