Job Description

We are looking for a Business Developer for One Click LCA, world-leading and fast-growing construction Life Cycle Assessment software.

Join to help grow a business that plays key role to deliver Zero Carbon future for us all.

You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and opportunities and helping them find and finding solutions that allow them to succeed with our software solutions. Our sales model is predominantly inbound. In this role, you will be working with designers, construction companies and product manufacturers as well as our internal teams.

This role can be based anywhere in the continental U.S. or Canada. The focus of the role can be tailored to focus on Architecture, Engineering and Construction or Manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with prospective clients to solve their problems and provide them offers
  • Explain and educate customers about LCA, EPD and market opportunities
  • Screen potential clients to ensure there is a good fit
  • Get and stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside out
  • Keep up to date on regional LCA and Environmental Product Declaration market
  • Join relevant industry events and develop relevant local partnerships
  • Work other inhouse teams and channel them feedback from customers

What you need:

  • Strong business acumen and an interest in business development
  • This role requires ability and interest in helping clients tackle their LCA problems
  • Ability and motivation to become proficient in life-cycle assessment tools
  • Understanding of and passion for low carbon construction and manufacturing
  • Customer- and results-oriented attitude and a hands-on approach
  • Preferred track record of selling. This could be from services or goods fields
  • Degree in a relevant field (construction, environmental, etc) preferred

This position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in any city in North America with good connections.
