<div>Last Energy seeks a Technical Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for our engineering team. This role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support the company’s rapid growth. The recruiter will work closely with engineering leadership and the talent team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience.</div><div><br></div><div>This position is based in Austin and reports directly to the VP of Talent, while working closely with the broader Last Energy team.</div><br><br><h3>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance</li><li>Collaborate with engineering leadership to scope hiring needs and refine job descriptions</li><li>Actively source high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and other creative sourcing methods</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics with hiring teams</li><li>Maintain timely and effective communication with candidates, providing a positive and transparent experience</li><li>Drive scheduling for interviews, including technical assessments, on-site visits, and follow-ups</li><li>Maintain and organize candidate pipelines in Last Energy's applicant tracking system (ATS)</li><li>Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to hiring managers and leadership</li><li>Contribute to employer branding efforts, including job postings and recruiting materials</li><li>Partner with the operations team on logistics for candidate travel, interview days, and recruiting events</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, hardware engineering environment</li><li>Familiarity with engineering roles and terminology, particularly in power generation and other relevant hardware fields</li><li>Strong command of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment</li><li>High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently</li><li>Passion for building strong teams and fostering a high-quality candidate experience</li></ul><br>
