Conducts field audits to assess field service capabilities and operations, ensuring alignment with plans and customer expectations. ·         Provides expert technical guidance and support to field service teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes. Mentors and develops field service personnel, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth. ·         Manages communication between field location and the company to ensure up-to-date shared awareness of activities, efficient coordination and decision making. ·         Acts as a primary point of contact for customers, sharing information, identifying and resolving customer needs, and fostering strong customer relationships. ·         Supports continuous improvement initiatives within the field service domain, enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery. Captures lessons learned from field location to continuously improve activities. ·         Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and the set guidelines and processes during field service activities.
