Mentors and develops field service personnel, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth.·         Participates to the schedule and co-activity monitoring.·         Participates to the interaction with customers during the work execution.·         Supports continuous improvement initiatives within the field service domain, enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.
