<ul><li>Facilitate daily field activities related to cashew, rice, cow, and pig production, ensuring effective coordination with farmers, local authorities, and private sector partners.</li><li>Conduct agricultural and livestock demonstration setups with lead farmers across project target areas.</li><li>Organize and facilitate Farmer Field Schools and exchange visits to promote knowledge sharing and practical learning among farmers.</li><li>Coordinate and host multi-stakeholder meetings at district and provincial levels to build market linkages and explore opportunities for local producers.</li><li>Support the implementation and monitoring of seed grant programs for innovative agricultural and livestock business ideas.</li><li>Assist in the recruitment and selection process of seed grant recipients in collaboration with the project team.</li><li>Support the overall implementation of livelihood and value chain activities, including improved production, quality, and market access.</li><li>Assist in the formation and strengthening of farmer groups or cooperatives and connect them with buyers and service providers.</li><li>Facilitate farmer trainings on soil management, production techniques, financial literacy, and basic business skills.</li><li>Coordinate the distribution of productive assets, such as farming tools and equipment, to beneficiaries.</li><li>Promote inclusive participation of women and youth in all project activities.</li><li>Support development of simple business cases and facilitate access to finance for individual farmers and producer groups.</li><li>Collect field data, prepare reports, and support basic monitoring and evaluation of project activities.</li><li>Ensure ongoing communication and collaboration with communities, local authorities, and market actors.</li><li>Identify and report field challenges, and work closely with the Project Manager to resolve issues.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.</li></ul>
