Join our team.What you’ll do<ul><li>Perform maintenance on production equipment, including performing preventative maintenance, supporting troubleshooting, spares and sustainment</li><li>Collect and evaluate operating data and work with engineering to determine process adjustments to ensure optimal process performance</li><li>Identify possible improvements for standard operating procedures and work with engineering to evaluate and potentially qualify any procedural changes</li><li>Address powder spills or emergencies and implement the appropriate resolution</li><li>Follow and role model all safety rules, standard operating procedures, and maintenance instructions</li><li>Partner with Equipment and Facilities Engineering to support projects</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot facilities equipment</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot test and production equipment</li><li>Log and support the implementation of periodic maintenance (PM) schedules for multiple tools</li><li>Innovate custom solutions to production equipment to handle Niron’s production goals</li></ul>What we’re looking for<ul><li>Technical 2-year degree or greater with a focus in vacuum technology</li><li>3-5 years of experience maintaining and repairing equipment</li><li>Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 25 lbs.</li><li>HAZMAT and/or Emergency Response training</li><li>Highly collaborative, enjoys working within a diverse team environment</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication, prioritization, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to self-direct, troubleshoot basic problems, and address root causes</li><li>An innovative practical approach to equipment optimization</li><li>Demonstrated maintenance skills in a fast-growing environment</li><li>Attentive to details</li></ul>Our pay and benefits<ul><li>Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on education, experience and skills</li><li>Equity position in Niron via stock option grant</li><li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Mental healthcare</li><li>401k plan with company match</li><li>Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays</li><li>Experience in a fun, high-performing, manufacturing environment</li></ul>
