You’ll play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and scalable systems as we expand production.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in accordance with GAAP</li><li>Manage general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations</li><li>Oversee cost accounting and inventory tracking for continuous manufacturing operations</li><li>Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation</li><li>Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and audit-ready schedules</li><li>Manage intercompany transactions and support multi-entity consolidations</li><li>Coordinate with external CPA firms on audits and tax filings</li><li>Support compliance needs including sales tax, insurance, and grant/loan reporting</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams to align reporting with production data</li><li>Drive process improvements and accounting automation as the company scales</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred</li><li>5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a lead or management role</li><li>Strong background in continuous process manufacturing, cost accounting, and inventory management</li><li>Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards</li><li>Proven ability to build processes and systems from the ground up</li><li>Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel/Google Sheets; NetSuite or similar ERP a plus</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Compensation: $125,000-$155,000</li><li>3 weeks of paid vacation</li><li>7 company holidays and 4 floating holidays</li><li>Medical and Dental insurance</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>401 (k) plan with matching</li></ul>
