The role is critical to the success of business and technology-led initiatives where requirements need to be analysed and described as deliverables for multidisciplinary teams.  The Senior Business Analyst will elicit, understand and document Functional and Non-Functional requirements whilst working closely with the TP ICAP Business, Corporate and Technology teams. The Senior Business Analyst will analyse the requirements of product management, Front Office and corporate functions stakeholders and produce documentation that can be used by engineers to implement and test features.Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>Learn about TP ICAP’s technology solutions that support our global multi-brand Rates &amp; FX business lines  </li><li>Understand or be interested in learning about Interest Rate and FX financial products, including trading modalities and pricing  </li><li>Work closely with product managers and Agile team members to translate business requirements into epics and stories  </li><li>Support other team members throughout the delivery process, for example during requirements elicitation, backlog grooming, requirements clarification, UAT testing activities (including training) </li><li>Contribute to the definition of business architecture and business solution design </li><li>Act as a subject matter expert and actively contribute to decision making, identifying issues and shaping business solutions  </li><li>Understand and challenge requirements, and proactively raise risks and issues to the team were identified </li><li>Be accountable for, and take ownership of the quality of Business Analysis work, peer review work and provide feedback </li><li>Contribute to the wider Business Analysis practice; help to improve processes and ways of working.
