Job Description

ABOUT ZOOMO

At Zoomo, we’re pedalling hard for net-Zero, and our vision is to transition every urban delivery mile to light-electric vehicles. The world is shifting to on-demand delivery and we’re providing the wheels to make it happen.

Zoomo is the world’s leading provider of e-bikes for delivery, we’re a fast growing start-up with operations in the US, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Australia and we’re just getting started.

We’ve raised >US$95m and are a trusted partner to some of the world’s most innovative companies including Uber, DoorDash, Gorillas and Getir. And now we’re looking for more passionate self-starters to grow with us.

Expect to join a fast paced and supportive environment where opportunities are unlimited and your career development is our priority.

THE ROLE

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will be an early hire into Zoomo Australia's Enterprise vertical, helping innovative grocery companies, retailers, tourism organisations and property giants accelerate the transition to clean transportation. Zoomo was founded in Australia, and our goal is to create advocates in our home country that champion Zoomo's product and service globally. If you are interested in operations, looking for ownership and are excited by the opportunity to build relationships with some of the most exciting companies in Australia - this is the role for you.

Our team is made up of mad geniuses that know how to have fun. You’ll be working closely with bubble tea enthusiasts, pet lovers, surf addicts and table tennis champions. If you care deeply about making the world a greener and better place, working with talented people and getting unparalleled career development experience - this is the role for you.

In this role you will

  • Play point on after-sales support, account management and long-term customer success, owning the process and the outcome for our enterprise customers. No job should be too small - running across the city to help a restaurant with an emergency bike problem, or too big - negotiating a major fleet deal with Amazon
  • Present to prospective clients both face to face and digitally, accelerating sales through education and engagement
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Work with our central teams on cutting-edge projects, working closely with operations, hardware, finance, marketing teams and more
  • Support the development and launch of new B2B products and services
  • Be at the heart of the fast-moving micro-mobility and startup space in Australia

Requirements

  • You might have two or three years of experience in managing clients or selling products and services into new markets
  • You’re a natural communicator - you feel at home when speaking with customers, whether it’s in the boardroom, at a local cafe or on a Zoom call
  • You have strong personal skills - your peers look forward to working with you, your managers trust you to deliver, and you bring your customers on the journey with relationship-building and crystal clear expectation management
  • You like building things from the ground up - not having a template lets you put your own spin on the answer and push the boundaries of what’s possible
  • Even if you don’t live in spreadsheets, you have a data-driven mentality and strong business judgment. You can use numbers to drive your decisions and are building your analytical skill set each day
  • You might have some previous experience at a high growth startup, worked with restaurant chains or had some exposure to the logistics/mobility space
  • You can get things done yourself and are excited by the thought of trying new strategies everyday while keeping a laser sharp focus on achieving results
  • You’re aligned with Zoomo’s vision and purpose
