Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Comply with the itinerary of visits in accordance with the work plan, as well as ensure daily delivery of evidence of stores visited, ensure entry and exit registration through the application of DATA PROM </li><li>Loading and unloading of merchandise, removing the merchandise from the warehouse and filling the shelf </li><li>Shelf arrangement, execution of the planogram (maintenance, order, cleaning, rearrangement, frontage) </li><li>Make orders for the store from own cedis to store, manage inventories (ensure that the system and physically have the same product)</li><li>Correct communication of prices and signs</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>Negotiate in store: additional spaces on the shelf, additional and promotional displays, preferential spaces.</li><li>Support in promotional actions (placement of POP and promotional material)</li><li>Information report of predefined KPI`s</li><li>Report of competition activities (promotions, new products, in and outs)</li><li>Clarifications to the client, acting as a seller with the consumer, clarifying doubts about the category.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Professional Experience and Education<ul><li>High school certificate</li><li>1 + year of experience in sales field  </li><li>Valid driver's license</li></ul>Specific Knowledge<ul><li>good knowledge of trade structure and sales-force management</li><li>overview knowledge on processes and principles of a P&amp;L statement and financial key figures</li><li>strong knowledge &amp; understanding of local trade, customers &amp; competitors</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
