THE ROLE
Zoomo is growing our team of passionate people to transition every urban delivery mile into light-electric vehicles. As the world moves to on-demand delivery - we’re providing the wheels and the software to make it happen.
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Growth and Rider Experience teams. This is a rare opportunity to come and shape the interaction between hardware and software right through the customer journey. With operations in US, UK, France, Spain, Germany and Australia - we’re powering some of the largest delivery companies in the world with the likes of Uber, DoorDash, Gorillas and Getir with our Zoomo e-bikes.

Requirements

What you’ll do at Zoomo:

• Contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making about product direction for our Growth and Rider Experience channels.
• Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering and Design across both Hardware and Software streams.
• Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Design and ship high-quality product improvements

Some projects you’ll work on at Zoomo:

• Designing ways our Riders interact with a Zoomo via Web and Mobile
• Rethinking the customer journey from Bookings to Workshop visits
• Improving the way Riders engage with our products and services
• Building the interactions between Software and Hardware
• Exploring and collaborating on design system

• Enjoy shaping and refining problems into clear goals.
• Utilise your prototyping skills to articulate thought processes across your designs and ideas.
• Appreciate high-quality and well-crafted visual designs.
• Care about the details and not just happy-paths.
• Comfortable leading large projects across multiple regions
