We are looking for a versatile and driven individual to play a key role within our engineering team as we explore frontier renewable generation and storage technologies. Our team is high-performing and seeks individuals eager to take ownership and contribute across various aspects of the business as we transition new technologies from prototype to energisation.Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Lead the design, integration, and commissioning of control systems for high-purity green hydrogen generation and compression facilities.</li> <li>Develop and configure DCS/PLC logic and HMI interfaces to optimise plant robustness, yield, throughput, process stability, and operating costs.</li> <li>Design electrical cabinets and control panels in compliance with relevant codes and industry standards.</li> <li>Work closely with the process design team to develop process control narratives and P&amp;IDs, functional safety systems.</li> <li>Build and maintain I/O lists and lead the selection of process critical instrumentation.</li> <li>Author master trip lists, cause and effect matrices, control narratives, and all relevant control documentation essential for plant operation.</li> <li>Participate in process hazards reviews and HazOps.</li> <li>Develop and implement company-wide control standards to ensure consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance across all projects and facilities.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in executing controls projects from concept development through commissioning and ramp-up.</li> <li>Proven experience developing process control narratives, building I/O lists for industrial process controls.
