What we're looking for:
We're looking for talented Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business within assigned territories in EMEA. The Inside sales Executive will identify, nurture and close opportunities with both new and existing customers, manage forecasts and track customer data. You will report into our EMEA Sales organization, headquartered in Berlin.

What you'll be doing:
  • Prospect, develop, and close a continuous pipeline of opportunities
  • Maintain account and opportunity information in Salesforce.com
  • Forecast business and sales pipeline as required by management
  • Up and cross-sell opportunities, probe for additional contacts with projects/opportunities
  • Achieve and surpass all stated goals for the position
  • Work with marketing to conduct seminars, assist with trade shows, and other marketing related events
  • Work closely with the regional sales manager to develop a strategy for the region
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in an Inside sales role
  • Experience working within a quota and commission structure
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Time management skills
  • A proven track record of over-achieving Sales Goals
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, growing international environment
  • Strong work ethic, desire to over-achieve, and a true results-oriented approach
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or marketing
  • Speak multiple languages
  • Preferred Location: working from our Berlin Office
