We are now looking for a Sales Manager for Southern Europe, ideally based in Spain or Portugal, to accelerate our growth in key markets. As a Sales Manager, you are a proactive sales professional with strong technical expertise and deep industry insight. You bring a solid engineering background and understand the challenges and requirements of large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. <ul><li>Drive both inbound and outbound sales activities in Southern Europe</li><li>Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the sales cycle</li><li>Identify and develop new opportunities for our thermal battery in industries such as energy production, oil &amp; gas, steel, food &amp; beverage, and other heavy industries</li><li>Represent Kraftblock at regional industry events, conferences, and trade shows</li><li>Lead customer interactions and design-in processes with support from our engineering team</li><li>Understand the grid business potential for green energy solutions</li><li>Maintain awareness of the regulatory landscape and subsidy mechanisms in your region</li><li>Help shape our internationalization strategy in Europe, particularly in the Iberian Peninsula, France, and Italy</li><li>Manage and achieve sales targets</li><li>Participate in a comprehensive 6–8 week onboarding program at our headquarters in Sulzbach, Germany</li><li>Visit our HQ regularly (at least twice a year)</li></ul> What do you bring? <ul><li>You are a strategic thinker and natural relationship builder with a passion for technical innovation and sustainability.
