About the role:

As People & Talent Operations Generalist you will use your people-focused, operational expertise to provide support in People Team projects from recruiting to offboarding. As part of the People & Talent Operations team, you will report to the Associate Director of People & Talent Operations and partner with others focused on building a thriving, mission-driven team. 

This role is eligible for hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the team in the administration of People and Talent Operations processes, policies and procedures
  • Provide seamless and employee-focused support to our team throughout the employee lifecycle from recruiting operations to offboarding
  • Improve People and Talent operations processes by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency
  • Translate legal and regulatory requirements into system or process requirements in collaboration with the People and Talent Operations
  • Ensure that documentation and procedures comply with the unique requirements of our location and industry i.e. data retention, legislative, regulatory and taxation
  • Support the People & Talent teams on special projects

Qualifications: 

  • Relevant work experience in people facing, operational roles such as HR, recruiting or operations
  • Commitment to inclusivity and cultural awareness through actions, interactions, and communications
  • Exposure to federal and state (California) employment compliance
  • Experience drawing insights from data to make decisions and improve processes

Compensation:

  • $75,000-90,000 annually
