As an intern for at least 6 months, you will support the development of next-generation surge arresters for GIS and AIS applications. You will work in a collaborative, international team and gain hands-on experience in high-voltage engineering. How you'll make an impact <ul><li>Contributing to current R&amp;D projects focusing on electrical design and testing of GIS and AIS surge arresters </li><li>Developing and proposing new surge arrester designs applying knowledge of dielectric materials and high voltage techniques </li><li>Preparing and running design calculations using FEM (finite element simulations) software </li><li>Contributing to design validation by performing development tests together with our High Voltage lab </li><li>Evaluating and documenting findings and presenting test results to the team </li></ul>Your background <ul><li>Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (official enrollment is essential) </li><li>Experience in FEM simulation tools and in high voltage engineering is a plus </li><li>Self-motivated and independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility </li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language is a plus </li></ul>More about us   Diversity, collaboration, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.
