GEA provides sustainable solutions for sophisticated production processes in diverse end-user markets and offers a comprehensive service portfolio. We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Accountant to join our team in İzmir and contribute to our continued growth and operational excellence.The main responsibilities are:<ul><li>Processing accounting records according to the uniform chart of accounts legislation,</li><li>Daily processing and accounting of cash registers,</li><li>Preparation of payment lists, conducting checks, and supporting bank relations management,</li><li>Identification, reconciliation, and invoice recording of Vendor Exchange Rate Differences,</li><li>Control of incoming invoices and SAP bookkeeping,</li><li>Recording of bank transactions in SAP,</li><li>Control of Expense Forms, Timekeeping Table - SAP bookkeeping,</li><li>Reconciliation of Vendor &amp; Personnel every 3 months,</li><li>Performing other assigned accounting, administrative, and follow-up tasks and transactions.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>2–6 years of professional experience in accounting</li><li>Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and relevant accounting legislation</li><li>Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office programs</li><li>Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and results-oriented attitude</li><li>Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly responsible</li><li>Effective in both independent and team-based work environments</li><li>Capable of adapting to flexible and high-paced working conditions</li><li>Well-developed organizational and time management skills</li></ul>Please note: Only applications submitted in English will be considered.Did we spark your interest?
