From changing a single person’s daily commute to reducing humanity’s collective environmental footprint — we’ve got huge goals.As a Director of Product, Applied ML for Routing you'll build the next generation of algorithms, routing and machine learning systems that will help us revolutionize the transportation industry.What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our algorithms, routing and machine learning systems</li><li>Lead product lifecycle from ideation through technical development, to launch</li><li>Develop a short and long-term roadmap for our products by leveraging customer feedback, data, trends, and strategic initiatives</li><li>Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the prioritization of features and products that will have the most significant impact</li><li>Guide our best in class algorithm and developments teams to solve complicated problems by integrating with other product managers across the organization</li></ul>Who You Are: <ul><li>Minimum of 7-10+ years of Product Management experience in B2C or B2B SaaS products </li><li>Experience in algorithms, and/or machine learning based products</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Algo and Data-science team, with excellent communication skills</li><li>Strong technical background, with a scientific degree or equivalent experience in complex algorithm-based products</li><li>Demonstrated success in handling an end-to-end product lifecycle with the ability to drive product planning, development, and launch</li><li>A strong executor with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions</li><li>A user-centric approach with the ability to blend technical expertise and UX</li><li>Detail-oriented and thorough with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects in a highly fluid work environment</li><li>Thrive in fast-paced environments and balance delivery of MVPs with an unwavering commitment to world-class products</li><li>A firm believer in a "Data First" philosophy but can also make decisions in ambiguous situations</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
