You will lead site selection, coordinate facility buildouts and improvements, and oversee maintenance and vendor management. You’ll also drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, and scale our infrastructure to match our growth.**This is a role based in our Santa Monica office requiring four days a week in office. The role remotely supports 40+ warehouses throughout the country. You will be traveling about 6 times a year about 10-15%.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support local operations teams by resolving on-site facility issues, coordinating work orders, and managing vendor communications and follow-ups.</li><li>Serve as primary liaison with landlords, property managers and vendors to ensure timely response and resolution to maintenance issues, lease compliance, and site operations support.</li><li>Develop and implement a proactive maintenance program, including both preventative and reactive strategies, to reduce downtime and extend facility lifecycle.</li><li>Source, vet, and manage vendors for repair, maintenance, and buildout projects; negotiate contracts, track performance, and oversee electrical and facility infrastructure improvements.</li><li>Track facility-related budgets, including rent, utilities, repairs, and capital improvements</li><li>Standardize facility operations processes across all locations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure consistent quality of service.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and workplace regulations, support emergency preparedness efforts including fire/life safety, OSHA-compliant equipment, and documentation of emergency procedures.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and secure new warehouse and operational sites across North America, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure location suitability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with operational goals; conduct zoning and compliance research and coordinate with city departments as needed.</li><li>Monitor facility performance metrics, provide regular reporting on lease status, open work orders, and capital projects, and identify areas for operational improvement.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in facilities operations, or property management.
