Implementation Project Manager

About the Role

ClearTrace is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of customer projects and continued customer success. This position will be responsible for spearheading the coordination and delivery of customer projects for Fortune 500 corporations and large Energy companies.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of customer implementation projects from initial sale, to customer delivery, to continued customer success
• Attend prospective customer calls to understand project requirements and customer goals
• Translate project requirements to internal timeline and deliverables
• Collect required project information, review for knowledge gaps, and document for team reference
• Work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure success of existing projects and provide direction for improved future projects and customer experiences
• Support existing customers with continued onboarding and new project requests
• Work with vendors and customer technical teams to create data streaming solutions

Qualification and Skills

• Required 
• 3 - 5 years project management experience managing a portfolio of projects
• 3 - 5 years of exemplary customer service
• Demonstrated experience prioritizing and meeting competing project delivery timelines
• Demonstrated experience distilling complex projects into project timelines and sequenced tasks with delivery criteria
• Experience working in a cross functional role
• Competency with Microsoft Excel as well Project Management software, such as Asana
• Self-motivated, hard working, and a true team player
