Your mission We are looking for a Key Account Manager for PV and ESS in Bulgaria. As part of a global, multicultural and fast-growing team, you will be responsible for rolling up your sleeves to manage and build up new and existing key accounts.  Take the ownership, stay open-minded and flexible are the essentials to succeed on this position.    What You'll Do   <ul><li>Manage our existing key accounts and develop strategic accounts in the Bulgarian PV and ESS market</li><li>Act as the  account owner – handle and negotiate contracts, internal point of contact for your portfolio of clients support </li><li>Work with various stakeholders and train them on how to present our solutions</li><li>Visit customers regularly and participate in tradeshows and conferences</li><li>Work on precise forecasts and market updates</li><li>Analyse customer needs, market trends in the energy market and optimizing the sales process</li><li>Contribution to the sales team and cooperation with project development on the successful implementation of projects</li></ul> Your profile What You need to bring <ul><li>2+ years of proven experience as account manager, preferably in the PV and/or ESS sector </li><li>In-depth knowledge of the solar energy and ESS market</li><li>Structured critical thinking and problem-solving skills, using data to help measure progress and impact</li><li>Flexible and proactive, able to work in a dynamic, diverse, customer-centric environment, self-starter, independent, ownership, results-oriented, team player, and attentive to details</li><li>Effective communication and strong organization skill</li><li>Native Bulgarian and English at least on B2 level - verbal and written</li></ul> Why us?
