This position will assist multiple project managers in successfully managing projects including providing administrative    support, material planning, logistics, purchasing support and outage support. <h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Support Project Management team in:</li><li>Preparation and maintenance of project budgets</li><li>Assist with contractor bid packages.</li><li>Assist with managing purchase orders.</li><li>Oversee Contractor mobilization and site access.</li><li>Arrange meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.</li><li>Use business software applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.</li><li>Set up, organizing, and maintaining the mobile offices, and other facilities, ensuring posting of all company, health and safety, and legal notices.</li><li>Set up, coordinate office workstations, IT permissions, and training.</li><li>Implement project setup in both our accounting and project management software.</li><li>Generate financial reports.</li><li>Gather required approvals for invoices for processing through the A/P.</li><li>Assist with configuration management in our ACT software.</li><li>Walkdowns and tracking of rental equipment inside the power block.</li><li>Logistics for the site. </li></ul> <h2>Required/Basic Qualifications</h2><ul><li>High School/GED degree</li><li>2 years related work experience</li></ul> <h2>Desired Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Associates degree</li><li>In addition to desired degree, 3 years related work experience</li><li>Power Generation experience.</li></ul><h2>Additional Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Effective communication skills across all levels and departments of the organization, customers, vendors and subcontractors.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments</li><li>Previous Construction or related industry experience.</li><li>Experience with project or cost accounting is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independent of direct supervision.</li><li>Be flexible and able to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization.</li><li>Detail oriented with the ability to understand key business concepts.</li><li>Possess a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to evolving business processes.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>A background in project administration, project management or construction management.</li><li>Working knowledge of industrial materials, equipment, and components and general construction practices.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Onsite Mobility Classification – Work will be performed at a company facility</li><li>Onsite Mobility Classification - M-T</li><li>Performs work in an office environment; required to work in all areas of generating facilities, operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, which includes exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust and humidity.
