It is based in California and Colorado and is a specialist in the provision of standard and tailored power subsystems, across a range of business applications and markets.The Finance team at ETM covers the full range of accounting disciplines, alongside our shared services teams. We focus on providing a high quality, professional and efficient service to both our internal and external customers, based in the USA and across the world.Please note that for this position, experience in a manufacturing environment and of inventory management is required.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Performs business unit accounting and financial reporting, general ledger account reconciliations, related financial schedules.</li><li>Responsible for the month-end closing process, reporting actuals in OneStream, management reporting, and Tax Package.</li><li>Prepares journal entries for ASC606 Revenue Recognition, COGS, inventory, and general accounting.</li><li>Performs account reconciliations in Inventory, Cost of Sales, and General Ledger.</li><li>Performs variance analysis such as Purchase Price Variance and Work Order variances.</li><li>Performs inventory costing and related activities within the ERP system.</li><li>Supports activities between internal audit, external auditors, and management.</li><li>Coordinates Year-end physical inventory and response to audit inquires.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of financial information in accordance with GAAP and in compliance with internal accounting policies &amp; procedures.</li><li>Supports SOX Internal Control testing, Annual External audits, and other financial audits.</li><li>Assists with related special projects as required and other duties as assigned by Controller.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>10 years of public or private industry experience with at least 5+ years in cost accounting and 2 years of managerial experience.</li><li>Medium to large company accounting experience.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.</li><li>Oracle or SAP ERP system, OneStream software, and Workiva experience a plus.</li><li>Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.</li><li>Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.</li><li>US Citizenship.</li></ul>  Salary Range: $120,300.00-$160,400.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
