Responsible for effective implementation of the quality system. Work closely with all company departments and processes to ensure continuity in Company quality objectives. Support operations by providing the necessary procedures, practices, and information to assure that quality objectives are met, optimizing company performances and customer satisfaction.YOUR IMPACT<ul><li>Coordinate all product quality activities at all Pierce facilities to ensure customer expectations are met.</li><li>Direct and manage the implementation of the quality system.</li><li>Develop systems to provide consistent testing to meet company objectives and improve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate statistical methods used in manufacturing and operation processes. Lead and innovate new concepts in statistical usage.</li><li>Helps determine the adequacy and accuracy of quality standards.
