Job Brief

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage a number of customer-facing and internal-facing projects within Twelve. This person would drive Twelve’s customer-centric projects from contracting through construction with a focus on the customers. This person is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on-time, as well as clearly communicating in written and verbal form to key stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate is someone with experience in building out project timelines and scopes for multiple manufacturing, fuel, and chemical processes and is capable of thinking strategically with a long-term outlook while collaborating with a team to execute on near-term projects.

What You Will Do

  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and align project goals and key objectives.  Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Manage collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders on a project.
  • Produce effective documentation for clear team communication over time.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency and recommend improvements to established business processes

Who You Are

  • Equally adept at discussing technical matters with business people and business matters with technical people.
  • Have exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills, and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
  • Passionate about defining workflows, processes and milestones.
  • Have successfully managed complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and have a bias towards over-communicating.

  • Demonstrated the ability to consistently meet deadlines and track budgets.
  • Can translate business and technical concepts into understandable written and visual documents.
  • Strong ability to manage by influence with professionalism and effectiveness.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them within a business context
  • Ability to work with high quality in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Preferred track record of owning and shipping projects and products on-time and on-budget.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or business administration or any related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management
