<div>Position Summary:</div><div>We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tax Accountant Manager – Tax Reporting and Compliance to oversee key aspects of global tax reporting, compliance, and data governance within our Corporate Tax function. Based in India and reporting to a US based manager, this role will independently prepare and support tax provision processes, oversee compliance-related data workflows, and maintain internal controls across tax reporting processes.</div><div>This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams across global regions and requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a strategic understanding of corporate tax requirements in a multinational environment.</div><div><br></div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div><div>Account Reconciliations</div><div>•Oversee and review account reconciliations for all Corporate Tax’s global accounts and functions.</div><div>•Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and provide insights to senior leadership.</div><div>Tax Provision and Financial Statement Reporting</div><div>•Manage the preparation and review of reports that feed into tax provision workpapers and financial disclosures.</div><div>•Lead the quarterly roll-forward of tax reporting questionnaires, coordinating with global tax and finance teams.</div><div>•Support U.S. GAAP or IFRS reporting requirements, as applicable.</div><div>Tax Compliance</div><div>•Oversee preparation and review of the Intercompany Matrix and related compliance documentation.</div><div>•Ensure accuracy and timeliness of internal and external tax reports for advisor and auditor review.</div><div>•Support global tax return preparation processes through effective data management and reporting.</div><div>Tax Maintenance &amp; Governance</div><div>•Maintain and communicate global tax department calendars, including due dates and filing obligations.</div><div>•Lead coordination and content preparation for global tax updates, meetings, and internal communications (e.g., org charts, regional commentary).</div><div>•Supervise the maintenance of internal databases for:</div><div>Tax attributes, permanent establishments (PEs), and registration numbers.</div><div>Intercompany transaction records and associated documentation.</div><div>Filing archives and audit-ready documentation across jurisdictions.</div><div>Leadership &amp; Collaboration:</div><div>•Mentor junior tax analysts and support staff in India.</div><div>•Act as a liaison between global and regional tax teams, ensuring consistency in reporting and compliance practices.</div><div>•Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation of best practices for tax operations and automation.</div><div>________________________________________</div><div>Qualifications and Preferred Experience:</div><div>•CA/CPA or equivalent qualification preferred; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</div><div>•4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate tax, reporting, or compliance within a multinational organization or Big 4 firm.</div><div>•Strong knowledge of indirect/direct tax compliance, tax provision processes, and financial reporting standards.</div><div>•Experience with ERP systems like SAP S/4 HANA and tax compliance tools (e.g., OneSource).</div><div>•Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines across time zones and lead cross-functional initiatives.</div><div>•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support a <a href="http://U.S.-based">U.S.-based</a> manager and global team.</div><div>________________________________________</div><div>Work Schedule:</div><div>•Flexible working hours with overlap to U.S. business hours to facilitate communication with the global tax team and <a href="http://U.S.-based">U.S.-based</a> manager.</div><br><br><br>
