Sr. Product Manager - Marketplace

Responsibilities

• Conceive, build and execute on marketplace initiatives focused on optimizing in-field pickup and dropoff operations.
• Work closely with Data Science to develop a new data model to drive marketplace optimization.
• Analyze dashboards, write queries, and collaborate with Data to identify opportunities that influence the strategic roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops and BizOps to design A/B experiments, execute in-market strategies, and analyze product efficacy towards achieving mission KPIs.
• Ensure clear product requirements are communicated to Design and Engineering. 
• Align key stakeholders across the company to “bring everyone along” when kicking off new initiatives.
• Report and communicate learnings from rollouts, experiments, and data insights to leadership and stakeholders in bi-weekly and monthly presentations.

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of product management in a consumer tech company/mobile app.
• Strong data analysis experience [SQL is a requirement, Tableau is a plus]
• Exceptional skills in financial modeling and unit economic analysis.
• Strong knowledge and experience with product design and product management best practices.
• Strong track record of excellence in execution.
