In this role, you'll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of change, driving impactful insights and reporting to guide and shape our company as it grows.Your responsibilities:<ul style=""><li>Drive actionable insights from complex sales, operational, and product data.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and build strategic dashboards and reporting tools.</li><li>Translate business needs into analytical solutions, delivering impactful recommendations through analysis, storytelling, and visualization.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and enhance internal data models to ensure data integrity and scalability.</li><li>Lead high-impact ad-hoc analyses that inform key business decisions.</li></ul>Your Profile:<ul style=""><li>3+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field, or a strong academic equivalent.</li><li>Proficient in SQL; solid statistical foundation.
