We deliver light electric vehicle fleet solutions (vehicle, maintenance) to various last mile delivery actors: grocery, food, parcels as well as consumers. We design and develop vehicles, contract manufacture and deliver them to our customers across the globe, then we keep them on the road thanks to our maintenance service.

Requirements

The Role

Put simply, this role is Zoomo Supply Chain Second in Command. Reporting directly to Zoomo Head of Supply Chain & Procurement, you will have full accountability for all global supply chain matters. You will manage the supply chain planning and logistics team owning DIFOT & cost KPI from Asia to Zoomo’s regional operations. You will own Zoomo Supply Chain systems and process roadmap. You will develop Zoomo supply chain risk register and mitigation plan. A successful Senior Supply Chain manager is someone who’s been there, done that, able to build a high performing team from scratch, work at pace, cut through the noise of a fast growing scale up, navigate with agility an ever changing supply chain environment, while rolling continuous product improvements with tight controls and successfully supporting Zoomo new product market deployment. In this role, you can expect to -

  • Manage Zoomo global supply chain & logistics team (planning, purchasing, freight & logistics) with clear accountability on DIFOT and cost targets.
  • Manage supply chain system implementation (ERP), process creation and roll-out.
  • Lead Zoomo Supply Chain resilience program through risk assessment & mitigation planning
  • Lead Zoomo Supply Chain roadmap execution.
  • Support new product introduction and roll-out
  • Become HQ PoC for regional Supply Chain team.
  • Build a high performing team to support Zoomo global expansion and NPI roadmap


Requirements

  • BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
  • 8-10 years of supply chain working experience, with experience in a leadership position (manager or higher) with end-to-end supply chain responsibilities
  • Experience with hardware product manufactured in Asia/India exported to rest of the world electronics, micromobility, or automotive
  • Strong track record of creating or expanding supply chain function in a high growth environment
  • Advanced supply chain knowledge with very strong strategic & tactical slo
  • Oversaw implementation of or migration between ERPs (supply chain PoV)
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication & organizational skills
