<ul><li>Delivery of construction project, including responsibility for quality, schedule and construction budget</li><li>Be a role model and define the culture in areas of HSE and Business Ethics.</li><li>Ensure that HSE and Business Ethics is given the highest priority, Adopt and implement The Statkraft Way requirements relevant for the project</li><li>Set up robust project governance including project charter, necessary formal agreements with service providers and compliance management</li><li>Organise, recruit, develop and motivate the project team including functional support</li><li>Ensure management and control of designer, suppliers, contractors and service providers Manage interfaces, be responsible for respectful internal and external stakeholder management and transparent reporting</li><li>Ensure delivery of project specific prevention plan on compliance relevant risks and monthly reporting on the same to the PSC</li></ul>
