About Patch
Patch is building the infrastructure to power a climate-positive economy and scale carbon removal. Businesses can leverage our API to automatically calculate their footprint and make any transaction carbon-neutral. Offset projects use our consumer-grade platform to manage their business, find new customers and scale their technology.
We're a small team of successful startup veterans building a category-defining business in an industry the world deeply needs. We're backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Version One, Pale Blue Dot, and are founded by the same team who helped take Sonder from 0 to 2B.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own everything that falls under talent and recruiting at Patch
  • Grow our team from 40 -> 100 in the next year
  • Design and execute a recruiting strategy that will set us up for hyper growth across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Marketing openings
  • Partner closely with Patch's founders to understand the needs of our team in order to identify the right talent
  • Hire and manage a recruiting ops / admin to ensure we're capturing the right data and running an effective process
  • Articulate our business and technology to build relationships with the best talent in the world
  • Understand how to source and attract a diverse candidate pool
  • Screen for exactly the right candidates through thoughtful, effective questions to pinpoint the precise skills needed to be successful
  • Craft a candidate experience and process that results in a successful close of our top candidates
  • Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate results to the team
  • Own one of the single most important aspects of our business by growing our team that is consistent with the Patch brand

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years experience of full-lifecycle recruiting and building a candidate pipeline for a high-growth startup
  • Successful track record of sourcing technical and non-technical roles ranging from entry-level to director level
  • Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills
  • Translate high-level recruiting goals into implementation; own the execution end to end
  • Excitement for learning about our cutting edge technology and the blockchain industry as a whole
