This role involves leading and developing teams, implementing policies, monitoring performance, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.What you’ll do: <ul><li>Supervise daily site operations to ensure productivity and safety.</li><li>Ensure equipment maintenance, timely repairs, and adherence to production schedules.</li><li>Prioritize safety and compliance with company policies, standards, processes, and procedures.</li><li>Identify production bottlenecks or operational issues and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Review and develop operations documentation to support continuous improvement.</li><li>Develop the skills and capabilities of technicians through coaching and training.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to safety practices and quality standards.</li><li>Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience: <ul><li>Experienced in leading a team in a workshop or factory-based environment</li><li>Technically Competent, preferably within Power Generation Environment</li><li>Holds themselves and others to account</li><li>Capable of defining, setting and improving standards</li><li>Well organized, able to handle multi tasks in a controlled manner.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now. Bring your energy.
