We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Architecture + Design Studio. This role will lead the management and delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, project goals, and financial objectives. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with strong communication, organisational, and commercial management skills, adept at guiding teams to deliver high-quality outcomes seamlessly.Your day-to-day here at AECOM.<ul><li>Responsible for the overall management and administration of assigned projects.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with design, budget, and schedule requirements.</li><li>Proactively engage with clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Drive commercial success by managing project finances, ensuring profitability, positive cashflow and addressing risks proactively.</li><li>Manage project resourcing, audits, and reviews.</li><li>Understand the contractual requirements of each project, and proactively engage with the Commercial Team.</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, championing best practice, safety, and quality standards.</li><li>Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues and achieve project goals efficiently.</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting collaboration and engagement within the A+D Studio, and from across AECOM</li></ul>About you<ul><li>Proven experience in project management, preferably in architecture, design, or construction within large, multi-disciplinary projects.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.</li><li>Good commercial acumen.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.</li><li>A track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.</li><li>Understanding of design and construction processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools.</li></ul>
