Join our world-class team today.  Position Specific DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Finance Analyst to support mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A) activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong finance foundation and a willingness to grow within the energy sector, particularly in utilities and renewable energy. Key Responsibilities •    Perform valuation analyses including discounted cash flow (DCF) and comparable company analyses to support acquisition decisions. •    Assist in the review and creation of marketing materials and presentation decks for M&amp;A transactions. •    Analyze financial statements and perform financial modeling to assess potential acquisitions. •    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate financial insights. •    Support due diligence processes by gathering and analyzing relevant financial data. •    Maintain and enhance Excel models and PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings effectively. Ideal Qualifications •    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. •    2-3 years’ experience with investment banking or private equity being a plus •    Strong foundational knowledge of finance principles including valuation methodologies such as discounted cash flow and comparable analysis. •    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required. •    Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. •    Prior experience or exposure to utilities or renewable energy sectors is highly desirable. •    Experience in M&amp;A or financial analysis is a plus. Preferred Skills •    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. •    Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. •    Ability to work on matrixed team and manage multiple competing priorities •    Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities. •    Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
