Passionate about energy with a strong understanding of the sector and markets in the Americas as well as supply chains.</li><li>Strong networking skills and the ability to develop relationships with key industry stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical capabilities, both qualitative and quantitative. Fluent with Excel and PowerPoint. GenAI, coding and programming experience (Python, R, etc.) is a plus.</li><li>Intellectually curious and can think critically about the effect of a wider business landscape.</li><li>Ability to work independently and effectively within a global team.</li><li>Proficient in managing and analyzing large data sets, identifying discrepancies, and implementing precise adjustments.</li><li>Comfortable presenting complex subjects to less technical audiences</li><li>Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills with success in a team environment.</li><li>A bachelor’s degree in related technology, economics, or business field.
